
WE HAVE A VERY SMALL STAFF. WE ARE ON 2 DIFFERENT LEVELS THE GROUND FLOOR WHERE THE MUSEUM IS AND THE 2ND FLOOR WHERE THE OFFICES ARE LOCATED. STAFF ARE CONSTANTLY GOING BACK AND FORTH MANY CALLS ARE MISSED OR GO TO VOICE MAIL. IT WOULD BE GREAT TO HAVE A VIRTUAL RECEPTIONIST TO ANSWER GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE MUSEUM AND TO FORWARD CALLS TO THE CORRECT PERSON.
